SCCF is a self-help network of local community care forums, mostly in rural areas, which work with people who use health and social care services to improve these services.

This website aims to help local forums to network with each other and to share their achievements and ideas with the wider audience who seek to make health and social care services more useful and accessible.

Mission Statement

The Scottish Community Care Forum provides support for the development of local collaboration between users, carers, voluntary organisations and other interested parties to promote good practice in the planning and provision of community care services.
